Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
- During new product launches, sales events, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.
Flat Rate Shipping (USPS Only)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS for a flat shipping rate.
This flat rate applies regardless of package weight, order size, or destination within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive ashipping confirmation emailwith your USPS tracking number.
If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at info@jealthylife.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once a package has been scanned and accepted by USPS, Jealthy® is not responsible for delays, misrouting, or stolen deliveries.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact USPS to open a delivery inquiry or claim.
- We will support you as much as possible, but replacements for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.
Return & Refund Policy
Are Jealthy® supplements refundable?
No. All sales are final due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Why can’t I return or exchange my product?
Ingestible supplements cannot be resold once shipped. This protects product integrity and customer safety.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Email info@jealthylife.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your concern.
What information do I need to provide?
Your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
Will you still help even though sales are final?
Yes. We’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Email info@jealthylife.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.
- After review, we may issue a replacement or provide store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Address Policy
What happens if my order is shipped to the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Jealthy® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
Subscription Policy (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription:
- You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.
- To avoid being billed for your next shipment, cancellations must be made before your next charge date.
